Neighborhood

The Bay Street Corridor is one of Toronto’s most densely populated neighbourhoods. It has the advantage of being located within walking distance of the Financial District, the Discovery District, the Hospital District, Toronto City Hall, Toronto Metropolitan University, the University of Toronto and downtown Yonge Street. The Bay Street Corridor has evolved into one of Toronto’s prime condo markets which have attracted many young professionals to this neighbourhood. There is a strong international mix of both residents and investors in this neighbourhood thanks to the close proximity of the University of Toronto, the hospital district, and the Financial District. The nearby Bloor-Yorkville and Yonge Street shopping district as well as many amenities along Bay Street add a lot of jump and vitality to this newly gentrified downtown neighbourhood

This place is a wonderful place to stay in for travellers coming from Canada or from a far! Well organized with zero mess upon entry, towels laid out and floors and mats spotless! Lovely view with a cutesy grass on the balcony

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay! Ruta was very communicative and friendly. The place was clean, the view was beautiful and exactly as listed! I came for a concert to the Scotia bank arena and Ruta’s place was only a few minutes away! I highly recommend.

At the heart of downtown Toronto, two blocks aways from College Station (subway), Tim Horton’s at the corner, great great location! Ruta was very responsive and proactive always with a solution to any issue. The apartment would be perfect for 4 adults, but I spent 3 days there with my husband and three children under 5yo and it also worked pretty well (we just didn’t visit the balcony not even once). It is a bit noisy at night because there is a hospital really close, but it is what it is, this is Toronto. I recommend and would be glad to stay at Ruta’s once again.
